Keeping up with professional literature is a requirement for many academic Unit Heads and adding reading related to academic leadership poses an additional challenge.  Books will be identified, purchased, and loaned by the CFI.  This program is designed to share book resources with Unit Heads on a rotating basis.  Some may want to read the new book while others will glance at portions of the book or decide to further explore the book through the JMU library or campus bookstore.
