Faculty Photography Contest

The Center for Faculty Innovation is holding its first annual Art & Photography Contest. The purpose of the contest is to showcase the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, while also providing faculty with an opportunity to showcase their photography.

The photographs of the top 10 winners wil be displayed in the CFI suite (5th Floor of Rose Library) during the remainder of the 2012-2013 academic year.

If you are interested in entering any of your photographs, please download the Rules and Entry form and submit it to the Center For Faculty Innovation by Monday, November 5 at 5 PM.

Rules

  • Photographs must depict the lifestyles, people, and/or places that make the Shenandoah Valley distinct.
  • No more than 3 submissions per contestant
  • A submission must be submitted digitally to cfi@jmu.edu
  • Photographs can be black-and-white or color
  • Photographs must be able to be minumum of 8x10 inches

Eligibility

All current full and part-time faculty of JMU are encouraged to sumbit their best artwork and photographs in the following two categories:

  • Lifestyle/people
  • Places
