2005-06 Madison Teaching Fellows: Multicultural Teaching and Learning

MTF
Madison Teaching Fellows- Multicultural Teaching & Learning

Description:

This MTF group will explore ways to actualize, through beliefs, curriculum, and instructional practices, a philosophy of appreciation of culture in university courses. How can we make the classroom an effective learning environment for all students and not only embrace, but effectively integrate, diverse perspectives? Fellows will identify ways to frame the issue, develop goals, research the issues and develop materials for dissemination.
