Distribute faculty list
The faculty listing at the back of the catalog includes all full-time undergraduate instructional faculty members and their rank, academic unit and educational background. We send a draft of this list to each academic unit so corrections and changes can be made. Response from the academic unit is the only source we have for this information, so review it carefully. You are only responsible for the faculty in your academic unit.

All C&I actions must be fully approved
All curricular proposals must be fully approved with signatures from the appropriate final approver. For most course proposals and program changes, this is the Vice Provost for Academic Programs. If a program change requires approval beyond the university (such as a new program), that approval must be received by this date.
