Distribute first draft
The designated contact person will receive an electronic copy of the current program and course descriptions. Any curricular changes approved by this date will be included in the draft copy. Note: Copies will begin to be sent on this date. As distribution is staggered, contact persons may receive copies up to two days later. If that happens, revision deadlines may also be later.

This draft will include all fully approved curricular changes as well as approved changes made by the academic unit during the first round of proofing. This version will be sent in a protected Word file so that all changes are clear. The formatting in this draft will not be the same as in the printed catalog.

Distribute faculty list
The list of faculty in the back of the printed catalog includes all full-time undergraduate instructional faculty members and their rank, academic unit and educational background.
