So, what happens if I have a thead with a row with th elements in place?

(I'm lost and am unsure of the context of this question)

So what occurs if a thead element with a tr with th elements already exists you ask? Specifically, what if the following code is present immediately after the opening table element with class="RWDtable" but before the tbody element?

(And assuming the Block /_shared-blocks/tables/plain-to-responsive-table is assigned to a region on the page within Cascade)

<thead>
<tr>
<th>name 1</th>
<th>name 2</th>
<th>name 3</th>
<th>name 4</th>
<th>name 5</th>
<th>name 6</th>
<th>name 7</th>
<th>name 8</th>
<th>name 9</th>
<th>name 10</th>
</tr>
</thead>

Check it out below:

name 1 name 2 name 3 name 4 name 5 name 6 name 7 name 8 name 9 name 10

If you want alternating rows to be gray, put the following in your code:

<script src="//www.jmu.edu/web_ssi/extendedcss/legacy-table-to-RWD-table-theme-GRAY.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
