For our customers with Equipment maintained by Card Services the Online Equipment Problem Submission is now live it requires logging in with your e-ID and password. This is meant for non emergency calls. If you have a reader offline or another emergency type situation please follow the procedures that are already in place. This is not meant for students. Students with problems with their account or JACard please contact the main office during normal business hours or manage your account online via the online account access.

On Campus Meal Plan e-Campus Tutorial

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. If you have any questions please call our office at 540-568-6446, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

There is a $2.50 convenience fee for ALL credit card transactions made through the web. There is no convenience fee for meal plans that are billed to the student's tuition account.

If you've setup your JACard online account to send out Low Balance Warnings, we have some exciting news for you:
***NEW***We have recently released an upgrade to our Low Balance Warnings and Auto Deposits that allows patrons to configure an end date. Setup your end date so you don't receive low balance warnings between semesters. 

If you no longer wish to receive these messages, login to your account to change your settings.
