What is the Resource Center?
The Career & Academic Planning Resource Center is located in Wilson Hall room 303. You can come to the Resource Center to research majors, learn how to write resumes and cover letters, or conduct internship, job, or graduate school research. Career Educators, who are trained peer educators, are available to assist you.

Features
The Resource Center features a library of over 350 career development books on a variety of topics. You can review our complete collection of books on Library Thing. The Resource Center also offers a large screen television for presentations and six computers for career and major related research. Wifi, armchairs, and couches also make the Resource Center a great place to bring a laptop or tablet to work. Stop by and see us!
Resource Center Tours
Everyone is welcome to visit the Resource Center, including JMU students, alumni, faculty, staff, and members of the community. You don't need an appointment. However, you have the option of signing up for a personalized tour of the Resource Center if you would like.
