Denise manages the day-to-day operations of the Recruiting Services program and team. Her focus is on strengthening the relationships JMU has with current participating employers, while identifying opportunities to expand JMU's recruiting relationship with new employers. She also maintains a close connection with students, to ensure that their needs are addressed through their involvement with the services and programs offered through Recruiting Services.

Brooke will serve as a contact for new and returning employers and works with students on resumes, Recruit-A-Duke usage, and career assistance. She also plays a major role in informing the student body of job opportunities with employers and marketing Recruiting Services in general.

Dottie Little: Employer Relations Recruiting Assistant

Dottie processes registrations for employers in Recruit-A-Duke for their on campus recruiting visits and responds to inquiries from employers regarding the coordination of their visits to campus. She manages the luncheon program for employers to meet with JMU faculty members during their on campus interviewing activities as well.
