How do I schedule an interview with JMU students if I want to use Skype?

• Log onto Recruit-A-Duke and click on the tab labeled On-Campus Recruiting (OCR)
• Next, click on the button labeled Request a Schedule near the bottom of the screen
• On the following page, answer Yes to question that pertains to Skype usage
• After filling out the Interview Request online form, you will receive a confirmation pertaining to your Skype interview date

Important Note: We encourage you to reach out to students you select to interview concerning your Skype interview format. For mock interviews, our office will contact students to make them aware of the Skype mock interview format.

Guidelines for conducting interviews at JMU using Skype

• All students will be interviewed from our Interview Center and are not allowed to participate in the interview from any other location unless stated otherwise by the Employer Relations and Recruiting Program at JMU.
• All JMU recruiting guidelines and National Association of Colleges & Employers (NACE) principles still apply.
