Spring Career, Internship & Service Fair 2013 - Registration Deadlines

  • Registration opens on December 1, 2012.
  • It is very important to register early because spaces are limited.
  • Registration will close on February 13, 2013 or when all of our booths have been reserved. (Note: Registration typically reaches capacity very quickly.)
  • Please submit payment within 30 days of completing the registration process. Employers who cancel registration on or before December 21, 2012 will receive a full refund. Employers who cancel between December 22, 2012 and January 25, 2013 will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations made after January 25, 2013. If the event is cancelled by James Madison University, due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

Spring Career, Internship & Service Fair 2013 - Fees

  • $300: Registration Fee
    Fee includes table, tablecloth, online publicity, and 2 representatives. This registration fee is for Government Agencies and For-Profit Organizations.
  • $25: 501(c)(3) Charitable Non-Profit Registration Fee
    Fee includes table, tablecloth, online publicity, and 2 representatives. This registration fee is for 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organizations only. To verify status, your Tax ID will be needed as you provide your contact information during registration.
  • $15: Additional Attendees
    Optional fee per additional representative attending, beyond the 2 people covered by your registration fee. Each organization may bring up to 4 representatives.

All tables are 8 feet long by 2 feet wide.
Each organization is limited to 1 table only.

Febuary 19th, 2013

10am to 12pm:
Arrive at Festival Ballroom, check in, and set up your booth

12pm to 4pm:
JMU's Spring Career, Internship & Service Fair 2013*

5pm to 6:30pm:
Career Fair Networking Reception for employers attending either day of the Fair (more details will be provided directly to registered Career Fair employers closer to the date)

Febuary 20th, 2013

9am to 11am:
Arrive at Festival Ballroom, check in, and set up your booth

11am to 3pm:
JMU's Spring Career, Internship & Service Fair 2013*
