Fall Career & Internship Fair 2013 - Registration Deadlines

  • Registration opens on June 3, 2013.
  • It is very important to register early because spaces are limited and we often reach capacity quickly.
  • Registration will close when all of our booths have been reserved.
  • Please submit payment within 30 days of completing the registration process.
  • If your organization will not be able to attend the Career Fair, these are our deadlines for receiving a full or partial refund:
    • June 3 to July 20, 2013: 100% refund
    • July 21 to August 25, 2013: 50% refund
    • No refund will be issed after August 25, 2013
  • If the event is cancelled by James Madison University due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

Fall Career & Internship Fair 2013 - Fees

  • $300: For-Profit Registration Fee
    Fee includes table, online publicity, and 2 representatives. This registration fee is for Government Agencies and For-Profit Organizations.
  • $100: Non-Profit Registration Fee
    Fee includes table, online publicity, and 2 representatives. This registration fee is for Non-Profit Organizations only. To verify status, your Tax ID will be needed as you provide your contact information.
  • $15: Additional Attendees
    Optional fee per additional representative attending, beyond the 2 people covered by your registration fee.

All tables are 8 feet long by 2 feet wide.
Each organization is limited to 1 table only.

Fall Career & Internship Fair 2013 - Event Schedule

September 30th Fair participants:
 10am-12pm: Arrive at JMU's Ballroom, check in, and set up booth
12-4pm: Career Fair

October 1st Fair participants:
 9-11am: Arrive at JMU's Ballroom, check in, and set up booth
11am-3pm: Career Fair

A networking reception will also be held for employers on the evening of September 30th. An invitation with details will be sent to all registered employers closer to this date.

Formal interviews are not part of the Career Fair schedule. To arrange for On-Campus Interviewing during the academic year, please contact Denise Rudolph at rudolpdr@jmu.edu or 540-568-6229.
