Spring Career Fair 2008 - Registration Deadlines

  • Registration opens on January 7, 2008.
  • It is very important to register early because spaces are limited.
  • Registration will close on March 7, 2008 OR when all of our booths have been reserved, whichever comes first. (Note: Registration typically reaches capacity quickly. This year we have added 20 additional vendor tables, but spaces are still filling quickly!)
  • Employers who cancel registration by February 25, 2008 will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations made after February 25, 2008. If the event is cancelled by James Madison University, due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

Spring Career Fair 2008 - Fees

  • $200: Registration Fee
    Fee includes table, tablecloth, online publicity, and 2 representatives. This registration fee is for Government Agencies and For-Profit Organizations.
  • $100: Non-Profit Registration Fee
    Fee includes table, tablecloth, online publicity, and 2 representatives. This registration fee is for Non-Profit Organizations only. To verify status, your Tax ID will be needed as you provide your contact information.
  • $15: Additional Attendees
    Optional fee per additional representative attending, beyond the 2 people covered by your registration fee.

All tables are 8 feet long by 2 feet wide.
Each organization is limited to 1 table only.

Spring Career Fair 2008 - Event Schedule

9am to 11:30am:
Arrive at JMU's Ballroom, check in, and set up your booth

11:30am to 12:30pm:
Complimentary lunch in the Festival; faculty also in attendance

1pm to 6pm:
JMU's Spring Career Fair 2008*

Spring Career Fair 2008 - How to Mail Displays

Need to send your display in advance? Mail it to:
