Community College and JMU course equivalents This
transfer admission guide and the course equivalencies laid
out in this Web site are intended for students planning
to transfer to JMU from a Virginia community college. Current
JMU students must receive prior permission from General
Education or the academic department to take any course
for transfer credit, and JMU does not guarantee that permission
will be granted. JMU students are encouraged to consult
the Registrar's Office for further information on transfer
credit.
