CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
The Center for Assessment and Research Studies develops
and delivers a variety of assessment tests for client
institutions. It is important that the security of
these examinations be maintained during all phases of
the development, administration, and scoring processes.
Everyone associated with any of these phases must agree
to maintain security by not discussing or disclosing any
of the confidential test information to which they have
access.
You have been authorized to view confidential test
materials from one or more of the copyrighted tests
administered through CARS. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of these materials.
Specifically, you are not to retain, duplicate,
disclose, or distribute any of these materials to other
individuals or institutions.
