Primary Research Interests
I am interested in a variety of topics in measurement and statistics; however, my current focus is structural equation modeling techniques, such as latent means modeling, measurement invariance, and longitudinal stability in factor structure. My applied research interests are in the domains of well-being, the motivation to achieve, and goal-setting.

I like the program because...
The Assessment and Measurement program provides excellent background and hands-on experiences for those who wish to have an applied career in assessment and measurement. Additionally, everyone here at the Center for Assessment and Research Studies is supportive and friendly, which fosters a healthy working environment.
