Stories come to life for young children with the voice personifications of reader JoMarie DeGioia from Barnes and Noble Booksellers in Harrisonburg. Young story time enthusiasts and their parents or caregivers will have an enriching and entertaining reading hour.
Young children can begin to develop an understanding of nature related story topics while enjoying their visit to the EJC Arboretum.

And after story time, for young reading enthusiasts and their grownups with energy left to burn, pick up a Children’s Expedition Booklet for a guided adventure through the arboretum. Or, for Letter boxing fans, a Clues Guide can start an outdoor quest to solve for a treasure to be had and letter boxer’s prize leaving your stamp at the end of the trail! After story time is a great time for a picnic in the Arboretum too – weather permitting!
