Northern Waterthrush — Parkesia noveboracensis
This warbler is brown above and uniformly yellowish buffy or whitish below with brown streaking. It has a bright yellowish to whitish eyebrow. It frequently bobs its tail. It is an early spring migrant (April) that breeds in Canada in woods with slow streams or ponds. It can be confused with the Louisiana Waterthrush which has bicolored underparts - buff flanks and white belly.
