The Magnolia Warbler is bright yellow beneath with heavy black streaks. It has white wing and tail patches. It is sometimes seen in the lower forest area in small trees or shrubs. It nests in the northern United States or Canada and also in the mountains of Virginia. It is a common mid to late spring migrant.
