Cape May Warbler — Setophaga tigrina

Species tigrina
The male has a chestnut-orange ear patch surrounded by yellow. The chest is yellow streaked with black. The back is gray or brownish with a white wing bar. The female is duller with a grayish-yellow ear patch. This warbler nests in Canada in coniferous woods or spruce bogs. Watch for it in spruce trees during spring migration in late April or early May.
