The Courtyard by Marriott (540-432-3031) will be the reunion headquarters for the weekend. A block of rooms for reunion attendees is available at a special discounted rate of $92 (plus tax) for single/double occupancy. Rooms must be reserved by April 5, 2013, and there is a two-night minimum reservation policy. After April 5, rooms are based on availability. Please identify yourself as a member of the Bluestone Reunions group by mentioning block code “BLUS” to ensure the discounted rate. Check-in time is 3 p.m.
Other lodging options
The Quality Inn (540-442-6655), the Hampton Inn (540-432-1111) and the Fairfield Inn and Suites (540-433-9333) are located adjacent to the reunion headquarters. NOTE: Special discounted rates for the reunion weekend are not available at these locations, nor will a shuttle service be provided from these hotels. However, you may park in the Courtyard by Marriott parking lot and catch the shuttle there. This is very accessible and recommended for participants at other hotels.
Shuttle buses will depart from the Courtyard by Marriott only (view map) and will be available throughout the weekend. Shuttle schedules will be included in the registration packet at check-in.
Friday and Saturday evening’s events are suggested “Sunday attire.” Coat and tie are appropriate for gentlemen. All daytime events are casual — wear comfortable shoes and clothing, and be mindful of the weather!
