Ashley Privott

Director, Alumni Relations; Executive Director, JMU Alumni Association

Ashley manages the JMU Alumni Association Board of Directors, and shapes the strategic vision of both the JMU Alumni Association and the JMU Office of Alumni Relations. Email Ashley

Kevin Gibson

Associate Director, Alumni Relations

Kevin oversees the day-to-day management of the Office of Alumni Relations, supervises the JMU Alumni Association's chapter and volunteer programs, and runs major events at the chapter level. Email Kevin

James Irwin

Assistant Director, Alumni Relations (Communications & Marketing)

James manages all alumni communications and marketing efforts, oversees the alumni association's affinity partnership program and is in charge of all print and electronic media. Email James

Alan Maynard

Assistant Director, Alumni Relations (Alumni Engagement)

Alan runs all young alumni and student events — including the CASE award-winning JMU Leaders of Volunteer Engagement (LOVE) program, and the Student Alumni Association. Email Alan

Stephanie Whitson

Assistant Director, Alumni Relations (Special Events)

Stephanie coordinates all major alumni events, including Homecoming and the CASE award-winning Bluestone Reunions program, which inducts graduates into the Bluestone Society on the 50th anniversary of their graduation. Email Stephanie

Amanda Leech

Chapter Coordinator, Alumni Relations

Amanda manages 35 of the alumni association's chapters and regional ambassadors and runs the CASE award-winning Madison Alumni Conference for alumni volunteer leadership. Email Amanda

Cindy Atkins

Executive Secretary

Cindy manages all cash flow, payroll and purchases for the Office of Alumni Relations and the JMU Alumni Association, and supervises office student employees. Email Cindy
