What we do
The Training Department is responsible for all aspects of database training and documentation while working directly with Quality Assurance to support Advancement Information Services mission and goals. We also encourage professional development of JMU Faculty and Staff by monitoring and tracking accomplishments so employees may maintain and improve professional competence.
