BiographyMartin O’Donoghue has been with at JMU since April of 2004, and in the Office of Prospect Research since July of 2005. He manages prospect research functions, prospect management functions and special projects. Prior to his arrival at JMU, he worked in the Development Office of the McIntire School of Commerce and was a product manager of imports and exports at LEXIS NEXIS in Charlottesville, Virginia. He is an alumnus of James Madison, Class of 2000, MBA. |

BiographyCynthia L. Watson has been with JMU since January 2013 in the office of Prospect Research as the Central Files Assistant. Prior to her arrival at JMU she worked for 11 years at Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation center in various roles, the last being in the Medical Records Department as an Administrative Office Specialist. She is a 2008 graduate of the University of Phoenix with a degree in Business Administration. She lives in Staunton, Virginia with her family. In her spare time she enjoys swimming, fishing, hiking, and reading as well as trips to Maryland and Florida. |

Senior Prospect ResearcherMary Ann Shisler (540) 568-8048 |
BiographyMary Ann Shisler joined JMU as a Senior Prospect Researcher in April of 2009. Her primary responsibility is to research prospective donors along with special projects, including the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) report. Mary Ann has an undergraduate degree in English and a masters degree in library science from Syracuse University. Before coming to JMU, Mary Ann worked as an academic librarian and a school library media specialist. She enjoys roller blading, hiking, gardening, and spending time with her husband and two teenage sons. |

BiographyLindsay Marie Holt joined the Office of Prospect Research in January of 2013. Her responsibilities include researching prospective donors and providing support for special projects. Lindsay was a program assistant for the Center for International Stabilization and Recovery at JMU for their annual Senior Manager's Course during the summer of 2012. Prior to working for JMU, Lindsay interned with Church World Service in their Immigration and Refugee Policy office on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.
Lindsay graduated from JMU in May of 2012 with a BA in Anthropology. She has traveled extensively and is always looking for ways to experience new cultures. She enjoys reading, exploring downtown Harrisonburg and Staunton, and weekend road trips with friends. |
