The MyMadison login process is being updated to eliminate the use of Security Challenge Questions to log into MyMadison. All applicants will use the One Time Passcode challenge beginning January 5, 2017 to log into the Applicant Center of MyMadison. The One Time Passcode options are sent to an email address or mobile phone number that you registered. You must have access to the email account or phone while logging into MyMadison and can change your preference after a successful login.
Unfortunately, the Applicant Center of MyMadison is experiencing some technical difficulties at this time. JMU Information Technology is working to fix the issues regarding the e-ID activation process. We apologize for the inconvenience and difficulty that this has caused, but appreciate your patience and cooperation. We will post another update once problems have been resolved.
