You are in the process of making a very important life decision. As with any decision, we recommend that you weigh your options looking at the pros and cons of each college to which you have been admitted. We also encourage you to talk with important people in your life - parents, counselors, friends and siblings. One of your best resources when it comes right down to comparing colleges might be currently enrolled students at each school.
We encourage you to talk with as many JMU students as possible, we have even provided some bios and E-mail links to several volunteers. Let us know if you'd like help connecting with a JMU student from the same high school, geographic area, or academic interest. We can also connect you to students interested in similar college clubs and organizations on campus, just ask! The university is happy to help in any way possible to show you how important you are to our community.
