JMU Community College Counselor's Day

 

 

James Madison University invites you to our campus for an open house designed specifically for counselors and advisers from JMU's Guaranteed Admission Agreement partner colleges.  The event, scheduled for Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at JMU's Taylor Hall, will provide you with the opportunity to ask questions relating to transfer issues and Guaranteed Admission Agreements, talk to representatives from our colleges, and hear from JMU administrators.

Who Should Attend?

All advisers and counselors who assist students planning to transfer to four year   colleges and universities.

Registration Deadline

The registration deadline is Thursday, October 16, 2008.

Location and Parking

The event will take place at JMU's Taylor Hall; parking will be available in JMU Parking Lot C4.

To reach JMU Parking Lot C4 from Northbound or Southbound on Interstate 81:  Take Exit 247B (Highway 33 West).  At the first traffic light, make a left onto Cantrell Avenue.   Proceed through two traffic lights and then take a left into JMU Parking Lot C4.
