Description of Program:
The Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) with a concentration in middle school education, a fifth-year continuation initial licensure program designed to allow candidates to meet requirements for a license to teach students of grades 6-8 in Virginia's public schools.
The Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Education with a concentration in middle school education. The M.Ed. program in middle education is not accepting new students at this time.
The Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Education with a concentration in K-8 mathematics specialization, offered in conjunction with the Department of Mathematics and Statistics.
