Goals of the Academic Community

We are committed to providing students with opportunities to master skills and competencies which will enable them to succeed in the rapidly changing world of work. Further, we endeavor to produce graduates who are aware of the effects of technological, social, political and economic forces which shape the world in which we live, and who are prepared to work for the betterment of their community, regardless of their chosen field.

Our staff are creative and talented colleagues who are committed to providing a supportive environment that facilitates learning and development.

We endeavor to pursue this ideal by integrating traditional classroom instruction with experiential learning in a cogent, relevant manner. Concurrently, our academic programs have been carefully designed to assess support and enhance the quality of each student's educational experience. To prepare students for careers in our ever-shrinking world, we offer a variety of programs which provide opportunities to extend the educational experience far beyond the walls of our classrooms to other universities, settings, cities and nations.
