Men's Golf: Men's Golf Places Third at Patriot Intercollegiate

LORTON, Virginia – The James Madison men's golf team shot its best round of the tournament, which was also the top final round, and moved up two spots to finish third at the 2014 Patriot Intercollegiate, Sept. 28-29. The two-day, 54-hole event was played at Laurel Hill Golf Club (Par 71 – 7,010 yards) in Lorton, Va.

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The James Madison University women's golf team shot two solid rounds and is tied for second after 36 holes of the UNCG Forest Oaks Fall Classic, Sept. 29. The two-day, 54-hole tournament, hosted by UNC Greensboro, is being played at Forest Oaks Golf Club (Par 72 – 6,267 yards) in Greensboro, N.C.

Community Relations, Facilities-Volleyball: Volleyball Referees Special Olympics Tournament

For James Madison volleyball players, most days focus on the game, but on Sunday they weren't the ones playing. Instead student-athletes served as referees and scorekeepers for the Shenandoah Region Special Olympics annual volleyball tournament at Wilson Memorial High School.
